A1. Yes, we specialize in customized designs, including OEM/ODM projects. Please send us your design for development and we will be happy to assist you.

Q2. Can I request samples before placing an order?

A2. Certainly, we are able to provide free samples. However, please note that the cost of delivery will be your responsibility. For custom samples, please contact jing.li@mingdahardware.com to discuss further details.

Q3. Why are there no listed prices for your products?

A3. As a manufacturer, our primary focus is on wholesale clients. Therefore, product prices may vary depending on factors such as order quantity, materials used, and specific requirements. Please get in touch with us to receive a customized price quote.

Q4. What payment methods do you accept for orders?

A4. We accept payment through T/T (bank transfer) and PayPal.

Q5. How is your after-sales service?

A5. We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with the products received, please contact us and we will find a suitable solution as soon as possible.

Q6. Are you a factory or a trading company?

A6. Mingda Hardware is both a manufacturer and a trading company. Our location is No.46 Xiangnan, Jinsha, Danzao Town, Nanhai District, Foshan, Guangdong, China. You are welcome to visit our facilities and we would be delighted to show you around our factory and the city.

Q7. Do you offer custom-made items?

A7. Yes, we provide customized services and welcome both OEM and ODM projects.

Q8. Can I first receive samples of my own design before placing a full order?

A8. Absolutely. In such cases, we will charge a mold fee and the cost of express delivery. Once we receive your confirmation, we will proceed with the order.

Q9. Will I need to pay the mold cost again for future reorders?

A9. No, you will not be required to pay the mold fee again for subsequent reorders.
